Penlee Park

Penlee Park offers a range of open spaces and wooded area to explore - with the addition of a sensory garden and a Memorial Garden for quiet contemplation. There’s also a fantastic children’s adventure play area that has been recently refurbished to include a wheelchair accessible roundabout It is open to the public all year round and has in 2019, Penlee Park was awarded five stars in the Pride in Parks Award by South West in Bloom.

Jubilee Pool

Jubilee Pool is one of the few remaining 1930s art deco lidos in the entire country, jutting out into Mount’s Bay. The pool is triangular in shape with gentle curves, cleverly designed to cope with the strong, offshore winds, A small ‘baby pool’ set within the main pool provides an ideal environment for children to enjoy the water in safety. There is also a café should you just like to sit and relax.

South West Coast Path

Walkers can delight in a great choice of walking routes in the area like the South West Coast Path for stunning coastal scenery or St Michael's Way following in the footsteps of medieval pilgrims on this gentle ramble to St Ives Bay. Penzance’s award-winning beaches are some of the cleanest in the country. There are plenty of places that your dog can enjoy too.

St Michael's Mount

Venture over to Marazion to walk out to the beautiful tidal island of St Michael's Mount, home to a castle and an old priory, you can marvel at the gorgeous views before heading back to Marazion to end the day at one of the fabulous restaurants here to enjoy a meal with a view as the sun sets over St Michael's Mount.
